That's why I am taking time to refocus in February.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br&gt;
My practice time starts at 11:30 pm but sometimes I'm bushed. Now when I get home I take the guitar out and that puts me one step closer to following through.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br&gt;
My second secret weapon is the Seconds Pro App. I have entered my practice goals which keeps me from wandering during my session.&lt;br&gt;
Let me hear about your victories and defeats in January and any plans you may have to reboot during Refocus February. We are in in this together.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
